New Website Software on Hold - New Tees Coming This Fall

So the website software transition is currently on hold until the New Year. We found that doing this transition at this point in the year would be too hectic for everyone so will start fresh in January. Great way to bring in the new year.

We just got back from MAGIC and there are a ton of new t-shirts coming this fall. Among our favorites were the Arrested Development T-Shirts. Yes that show that was pulled that everyone we know loved. The shirts are great. Look for them in October. Also coming soon are new Burger King T-Shirts featuring "The King". These tee shirts look great. They should be here in a few weeks. Stay tuned for more new releases.

We have outgrown our site. Due to the enormous inventory we have outgrown our cart software and we will be upgrading it within the next month. What does this mean? We will continue to offer the same cool 80s tees, rock t-shirts, and Junk Food T-Shirts. However pictures will be better, the site will be much faster, and navigation will be much easier. Be on the lookout for the upgrade shortly.

We just added over 25 new 80s tees, 10 new mens junk food t-shirts and 12 new womens junk food tees to our collection of t-shirts.

As the fall fashion season approaches we are looking for recommendations. Please let us know specific styles, brands, or specific designs you are looking for and we will order them. We have many new 80s t-shirts already on the way and you may have noticed the new rock t-shirts that hit the site last week from recent summer concerts.

Spring Tees Rolling In - Mr. Men TV Show - Irish T-Shirt Mania

This is definitely our favorite time of year. With Spring just around the corner we receive tons of new T-Shirts here. This year seems to be the best in a long time. We just received over 50 new Junk Food Tees (mens and womens) including the Smurfs (who by the way just celebrated their 50th anniversary), New Little Miss Tees, Strawberry Shortcake Tees, and cool bands such as Pearl Jam, Duran Duran and Adam Ant! When you think of the 80s you think of Adam Ant. For those of you who really think you are old now after hearing that the Smurfs turned 50, your not as old as you think. The show was on American TV in the 80s however the cartoon itself is from Belgium and has turned 50. We are also about to receive tons of Rainbow Brite T-Shirts featuring all the Rainbow Brite characters. Be sure to see the Sprites T-Shirt.

Many of you can't get enough of the Mr. Men and Little Miss character tees we sell. Well yesterday we had the Cartoon Network on and saw these characters on TV! You may ask why. Well the Cartoon Network has just debuted the Mr. Men Show. The show features all the Mr. Men and Little Miss Characters and is very funny. Check out the show and check out the tees!

Evel Knievel Passes - A Sad Day

It's a sad day today when it comes to Pop Culture History. Stunt Legend Evel Knievel passed away at the age of 69. He lived many years longer than most with his illnesses and injuries would have. His name will never be forgotten with us as we were huge fans in the late 70s. He also is the subject matter of a cool t-shirt we still have in stock for a limited time. Our Junk Food Evel Knievel Houston Astrodome t-shirt was also seen worn by Johnny Drama on Entourage. Get them while you can.

Many of you have asked about our the Junk Food Santa Claus Hates you t-shirt which was featured on many news programs. Whether you like the shirt or not, it has sold out so we cannot fill any more orders for this shirt. Our opinion on it however is lighten up. Its a funny t-shirt and what everyone needs this time of year is happiness and fun.

We just received many new Retro Game T-Shirts by Junk Food and it really made us remember the good old days when their was no internet and people had time to actually play a game. For those of you who do not know or do not care, the Star Wars 30th Anniversary is approaching in May (yes the movie was released 30 years ago, and yes we are all getting old). A classic 80s TV Show got its start on todays date back in 1979. On January 26th, 1979 The Dukes of Hazzard premiered. It gave us many great years of 80s TV and great 80s Tees as a result.

Also on todays date this memorable music moment occured:

Michael Jackson's hair is ignited by a magnesium flash bomb at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles during the filming of a Pepsi television commercial, causing third-degree scalp burns.

Mr. Jackson has numerous other problems since that occured.

In the t-shirt world we have added several new low priced vintage tees to the site. Here is an example to the left. Some of these are hysterical and perfect for parties

This guy obviously has alot of free time on his hand but since it related to t-shirts makes a great topic for us. He set a Guinness Book of World Records Record for putting on the most t-shirts at one time. He started with a size small and went up to 10X. He word 155 t-shirts in all. From what I saw most were pretty ugly. Take a look at the clip

It's a sad day in the wrestling community. Former WWF wrestler Bam Bam Bigelow has died od unknown causes. He was 45. He was very popular in the 80s and wrestled with Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant. He was known for wearing colorful flame stripped tights. His scalp was tattoed as well so was very noticeable. RIP Bam Bam

In honor of the Chicago Bears making the Super Bowl, we found the perfect t-shirts for Indianapolis Colts fans. This it the Crooked Monkey Chicago Blows T-Shirt. Pictured is the male version but we also carry a similar one in a womens tee shirt. It is enzyme treated so super soft and very cool
